COMPACT FILTER

Autonomous filtration unit to achieve filtered and clean water up to 200/260 liters / minute.

 

This autonomous, fast, efficient filtration system is composed by a little Hydrocyclone filter plus a Junior filter (with filtering discs working by water tangential flow).

It is ideal for car washing stations, little Companies, gardening or in general where you need clean water filtered from sand, stones, dust and different kind of residuals.

Operation
The hydrocyclone filter acts as a pre-filter because its typical tangential flow to removes sand and stones up to 90% , while Junior filter carries out a finer filtration:

The trolley base allows to easily moving the group and the installation does not require specialized personnel being it equipped with all the items useful to its operation.
The group maintenance is minimum and however easy to carry out.

Self-cleaning and safety
A safety pressure gauge is connected to the inlet and to the outlet. This pressure gauge, once detected a pressure difference superior to the set one, starts an automatic cleaning process and a discharge of residuals lined up inside by the means of a control box it. The control box, self-fed, can be programmed in order to carry out regular and temporized self-cleaning cycles.
